How do I return an item?

We custom produce each item to your specifications, so we cannot offer a "money back guarantee". However, rest assured that personalizing your products as requested and making them look fantastic is our business. We don't question customer typos when we produce an order because the text we personalize on items (i.e., boat names) are often spelled differently or they are a play on words. Of course, if we make a typo on an item we will re-do the personalization, or replace the item with the correct personalization, A.S.A.P. Please contact us within 2 business days after receiving your order.

If an item is received with errors in the text, or is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for replacement. Replacements are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if is not at fault.
