YES WE ARE SHIPPING. We are fully operational during these challenging times.
Our highest priority is the safety of our team, our customers, and - as much we can play a small part through social distancing- in the entire population. We recognize this is serious, yet we are hopeful for a less severe outcome than some of the more dire predictions we've all been hearing.

That is why we have taken extreme steps to keep our offices and production areas sanitized, and to minimize human interaction as much as possible while maintaining our business operations.

We are a micro business (defined as less than 10 employees) and are therefore already working with a very small crew, but we are working from home more frequently - with only one to two employees at a time entering the office for the necessary stages of production and shipping. Safety gloves are worn, but hand washing and sanitizing is taking place about 1,000 times more often than just a couple of weeks ago.

We obviously are not attending any boat or fishing shows, as they've all been cancelled; We have also stopped attending all business networking events and visits to our corporate clients. As an e-commerce company, we do not usually have customers coming to our location, only deliveries of inventory.

Design work, product ordering, bookkeeping, and customer service tasks are all done remotely.

We are currently able to remain fully operational for the foreseeable future, but times are changing quickly. We are keeping an eye on our distributors and shipping partners. Our distributors currently appear to have plenty of products in stock, which allows us to keep our inventory levels low. However, if our distributors or shipping partners are forced to suspend operations, we will be in a jam, as we do not hold much inventory.

Right now, they seem to be continuing fully without interruption, and so are we!

If we are forced to lock down or are unable to acquire the inventory needed to fulfill your order in a timely fashion, we will deliver it as soon as we are able and appreciate your patience.

We are back to our regular 5 to 7 business day turnaround time for production of most personalized items.

Some items may take a few days less, and some take a few days more.

WELCOME MATS and FENDER COVERS TAKE SEVERAL DAYS LONGER THAN OTHER ITEMS, and they also ship separately from other items.

Production takes a few days LONGER during the few weeks leading up to busy holidays (specifically, Christmas and Father's Day and around boat shows) when we are much busier than usual.

All personalized items usually take about a week to produce before we can ship them when we are not busy. We often ship sooner than this, but cannot guarantee faster production.

For production purposes we count "business days" as Monday - Friday, minus holidays (Of course you can still contact us over the weekends via email.)

Time: 2 - 4 Days in transit after production (see above for Current Production Time)
Price: Starts at $19.00 within the US and is usually delivered by USPS Priority or Fed Ex.

Time: 2-Day Shipping, but please remember this is only AFTER production time (See above for current production time!)
Price: Starting at $25.00. within the US, usually via Fed Ex 2nd Day Air.

We ship to Canada: Starting at $25.00.
We ship virtually everywhere else: Variable Rates Apply. Contact us for an exact quote if the web shipping price looks off. We use USPS International and DHL in most cases. Customs Fees and any other taxes or costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packing Slips:
Items ship with a packing slip, but no prices are included in packages delivered within the United States.

Where do we ship from?
Most items ship from Connecticut via our choice of USPS Priority Express or FedEx. Let us know if you have a preference. Some items, such as our welcome mats, ship separately via Fed Ex or USPS directly from the manufacturer in California.

Order status: Did your order ship yet?
You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships, until then your order status is usually labeled as "Processing", which means we have received it and it is in some stage of production. Check your spam or junk folder, check your other email account.

Placing Your Order: Check Your Email
An email is sent to you once you place your order with all your order details. Please check this email over carefully, including color and size choices, and custom text. If you did not receive an order confirmation email within one hour after you placed your order, please contact us immediately.
If you don't see an email from us shortly after placing your order, check your SPAM box.
