About This Item

This standard sized 20 inch life ring is not only a great safety precaution, but it could add even more style to your already stylish boat or pool.

We apply your vessel or family name (up to 8 characters in each section between the four fixed straps) to this classic flotation device, using outdoor rated vinyl lettering.

For more text per section, consider our larger 24" life ring.

Choose from a variety of lettering colors.

Inspected and tested in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations. Rings contain unicellular polyurethane foam for buoyancy. Floating polypropylene grab lines are secured inside the foam core and contain UV stabilizers to enhance sunlight resistance. Life rings are brand new, but are built for marine use and may include some imperfections or scuff marks.

Keep symmetry in mind when choosing text... If you want two words across the top of the ring, you should put two words across the bottom, or leave the bottom blank.

Large, single words may need to be broken up into two sections because of the top strap.

In the upper sample, the ring was ordered as follows:

Top section A: WIND
Top section B: ARRA
Bottom section A: WELLESLEY
Bottom section B: ISLAND

In the lower sample, the ring was ordered as follows:

Top section A: TRIPLE
Top section B:
Bottom section A:
Bottom section B: POINT

In these two samples the customers wanted ALL CAPS, but that was just their preference. We do many rings in upper and lower case letters.
