Ground shipping is FREE on orders over $75 shipping within the US. Shipping and production time is below.


Production and Shipping Time and Costs

Most orders are custom designed and take approximately three to five business days to produce.


For standard shipping, add another 4 to 7 business days for delivery. Express shipping is available (one to two days), but we still need a few days to produce the item(s) before your order ships.

  • Ground Shipping: Starting at $8.95 within the US (FREE on orders over $75)
  • Express: Starting at $19.95 within the US
  • We ship to Canada: Starting at $19.95
  • We ship to Mexico: Starting at $19.95
  • We ship everywhere else: Variable Rates Apply

    • Most items ship from Connecticut via USPS Priority Express or FedEx. Some items, such as our welcome mats, ship via UPS directly from our distributor in California. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Please contact us if you did not receive tracking information for your order.


    Please Be Careful
    We will embroider lettering exactly as you type it. We do not correct spelling as more often than not customers spell things wrong on purpose in order to produce a clever boat name.


    We produce case-sensitive lettering exactly as you typed it - Type your lettering in all caps, and we'll embroider in all caps.


    We custom produce each item to your specifications, so we cannot offer a full "money back guarantee". However, rest assured that ensuring your products are embroidered or personalized as requested and of the highest quality is our business.
